Family & Cosmetic Dentistry team was excited to celebrate the holiday season and spend quality time together with some team events, something they don’t always get to do throughout the busy year!
To kick off the season, the team got together for a holiday dinner. As the team rarely gets to sit down together, since most of them don’t take lunch during the week or only have a few free minutes during the day, it was nice for everyone to get dressed up, relax, and not discuss work.
In the spirit of staying cozy and festive, the team also had a sweater-weather Wednesday, where they wore Christmas sweaters to work all day—the patients loved it! Sometimes a lighter atmosphere helps patients feel more comfortable, especially since dentistry can be so serious.
Since the team doesn’t get to show off their fun side very often, they like to take advantage of this time of year to lift spirits and celebrate, even though it is Leesburg Family & Cosmetic Dentistry’s busiest time of year. Patients typically try to get in before the year’s end to finish the last of their treatments before their insurance benefits run out.
The team also had an office holiday party and did an ugly Christmas sweater theme, where the staff was able to show off their most eccentric and over-the-top sweaters for this time of year.
